UPDATE
Yowza, what a trip! In 4 quick days and restless nights we practised in Philadelphia, slept in dreamy Providence, recorded at DeadAirStudios in Amherst and finally made it to Boston for Smash It Dead.
When we weren’t on the road we enjoyed naps by a spring creek, bird watching, getting stoked on volcanic honey, talking about community, accountability and love, drinking ALL THE COFFEES, hunting for gluten free grub, sharing cultural histories by ponds and swooning over the Amory House.
Special thanks to Will of DeadAir, Sadie and everyone we met at Circle Amory, Krystina and all the wonderful organizers of Smash It Dead Fest, Rocio and Lindsay for the impromptu interview, Cerce and Parasol! for bearing with our punxfail and to Huasipungo for bringing several of us to tears. Nice tears tho, ya know, like tears of sweet, sad truth.
It was great to see some familiar faces, witness top notch bands play for a great cause and to quickly make new friends before we had to hit the highway once more.
What’s Next you Ask?
Stay Tuned for our 7” release in the near future!! and a few Shows in New York, Philadelphia and New Jersey!! hah! We promise we’ll be way tighter this time around.
Spring is Here, GET STOKED!!
over and out for now…

We’re really excited to be playing this year’s Smash it Dead Fest! We’ll be recording some new songs in Amherst on Friday night but are looking forward to hanging out with old and new friends and seeing all the amazing bands playing over the rest of the weekend!
UPDATE!
Well, we left cold kkkanada for the mild temperatures of philly!
After almost not getting through the border and missing a bus, we all finally made it to America! And it was very nice to see each others faces. More like a working holiday, we spent almost a week in a basement in the biggest punk house ever, writing songs, eating burritos, drinking coffee and sharing laughs.
On our spare time we enjoyed fancy cappuccinos, eating australian snacks, eating veggie dogs on south street, playing with our phones, watching bad tv, hanging out with Little A, seeing a play, disturbing wee little Astrids sleeping patterns, getting to know the social little greta the cat, meeting everyone at Cindergarden AND CLIMBING THE ROCKY STEPS!
we had fun.
We will be returning to philly in february to finish writing new tunes and getting ready to record in Amherst (in March/April!). We will also be playing a couple of sweet fests in the US along with a small tour!
Once we’ve confirmed everything we will be updating this damn thing. STAY TUNED!
UPDATE!

Holy crap its been so long since we’ve updated this.
For those who don’t know, we’re still a band!
We started out in Toronto and now have extended to 3 cities. Leah (shredder) is now living in Philly, Astrid (screecher) and David (Drum machine) moved to Montreal and Nat was left all alone in Toronto :’( .
After having so much fun on tour and at C.L.I.T Fest, we all made the decision to continue as a band. Although its a bit hard to get together and practice, this coming December we will be heading over to Philly to begin writing new songs. Hopefully we will have some sort of recordings out by next year and possibly play some shows.
Stay tuned for new tunes and updates!
Toronto legends, community organizers and musicians; LAL have been featured in this short doc. If it wasn’t for these folks we would be struggling to find DIY/Community focused spaces here in Toronto. They helped us record our broke asses and continuously let us use their venue space for shows.
Force Quit appears in the video alongside some other friends.
C.L.I.T Fest!
We’re going to be in New Jersey next week (July 17th) to play C.L.I.T Fest ! We’re excited to see our friends, meet new friends and spend some good times in the states.
See you there!
Bunch of us fuckin’ punks before tour.
All photo cred goes to the seriously awesome Nat.
So many awesome folks!
TOUR!
We’re back from our mini-tour to the east coast!
After drinking lots of coffee, rockstars, missing highway exists and rushing someone to get on a plane….we’re back safe and sleeping more than enough hours on our beds.
Although tour can be a bummer sometimes and we may play shows with (or to) folks we bump heads with, we still had a more positive experience out of tour (lots to talk about now!).
We want to thank each and every one of our amazing Toronto friends/buddies/lovers who made it to our show in Montreal. Also thanks to our old (and new) friends from Montreal who sang, danced and laughed with us during our set in Halifax.
Thanks to all the travelling punx, our buddies in Fail Better, Squalor, Pierre-luc, Matt, Story, The Orphanage and Ryley.
Here are some sweet photos Rosie took during our set at HBF3.
More pictures and updates to follow!
